Job summary

Total JCB is seeking a Service Solutions Consultant to own growth in Northern California, visiting sites to promote parts, service, and repair solutions, and to win new competitive accounts. You will work with Parts and Service teams, log interactions in Salesforce, develop quotes, and drive uptime for municipal and national accounts.

This field role requires travel, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
3+ years outside sales or customer-facing role in heavy equipment, diesel, or industrial service.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Highly organized, self-driven, and confident communicator.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Reliable vehicle or willingness to participate in company lease program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated alignment with company values.
Qualified DMV, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Proactively visit assigned customer jobsites and offices to establish new accounts.
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through value-driven service.
Present parts, service, and repair options that meet customer needs and Total JCB’s standards.
Follow up on leads quickly and professionally.
Create and present service quotes and proposals using CRM and digital tools.
Manage your pipeline and territory strategically to meet growth targets.
