Job summary

Voith Group is seeking a Manager of Field Service, Site Mgmt to lead site activities for hydro projects in York, PA. You will plan, coordinate and supervise field operations ensuring safety, quality, time and cost targets.

Responsibilities include staffing sites, defining procedures, monitoring budgets, and driving improvements across field sites while maintaining compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. Requires leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Experience as site manager or supervisor on hydro turbine/generator projects.
• Able to read blueprints, specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully computer literate MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of field service projects.
• Define standard planning processes and tools for site activities.
• Understand technical requirements and regulatory contexts.
• Identify, hire and assign site managers and supervisors; provide coaching.
• Staff project sites per execution plans and budgets.
• Monitor time recording and compensation of field labor.
