Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and evaluate the quantity and quality of work to meet goals within timeframes and budgets.
• Determine staffing, equipment, and material requirements to complete service notifications.
• Perform as Time Administrator for field staff and review time entries.
• Use SAP and GPS to schedule, track, and monitor notifications and generate reports.
• Monitor daily customer appointment notifications in SAP to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to streamline processes.
• Read and interpret service maps, tap cards, and GIS records for field operations.
