Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service and Sales Representative to join our national service leadership in the restaurant and hospitality industry. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, communicate with customers to resolve issues, conduct service visits, and upsell cleaning products.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Have a mechanical inclination.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to customers.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling cleaning products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers.
