Job Title: Field Service Representative - Senior Mechanic (contingent)

Job Description:
Seeking a Field Service Technician (FST)/ Field Support Representative (FSR) candidate that can adapt to a variety of work environments and quickly solve problems. Experience with specialized missile systems and equipment as requested by the US Government. Main responsibilities include:

General Requirements:

1. Provide field maintenance and organization level support in various locations as required by the US Government.
2. Install or upgrade equipment maintained by the company in various field locations.
3. Configure hardware and software components after installation.
4. Perform routine maintenance on technology equipment.
5. Test equipment to troubleshoot issues.
6. Document installation and repairs.
7. Maintain all tools and equipment used during service calls.
8. Teach customers how to use the equipment properly.
9. Manage the stock of replacement parts and equipment.
10. Adhere to the company’s AS9100 and quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Specific system certifications are required when stated.
2. System-specific knowledge as per the requirements of the US Government.
3. Unique OEM provided training on specialized missile systems per the demands of the US Government.
4. Military-specific experience in field maintenance support.
5. Military formal technical training, certification, and background is a plus.

Education Requirements/Experience:

1. High School diploma is required; secondary level degree or training is a plus.
2. Related MOS, Associate's Degree in a related field, OR Trade Course.
