Job summary

Metrie, North America’s largest interior millwork company, is hiring a part-time stock associate to support a Lowe's store in Athens, OH. You’ll stock, display, and maintain products, build relationships with store leadership, and drive sales through accurate inventory and friendly service.

Flex schedule is usually 1–2 days per week, typically Wednesdays, with a $20/hour rate. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Do

• Stocking, displaying, and maintaining products in the Lowe’s store aisles
• Building strong relationships with store leadership and associates
• Driving sales growth through inventory accuracy and excellent customer service

Shift: Flexible part‑time hours, usually 1–2 days per week, typically a Wednesday

Location: Serving one store in Athens, OH

Hourly Rate: $20/hour

Who You Are

• Basic Requirements: You have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage, and a record of safely operating a vehicle. 2+ years of inventory replenishment experience preferred.
• Effective Communicator: You have solid verbal and written communication skills and represent Metrie with integrity and professionalism as a brand ambassador.
• Self‑Motivated: You are proactive and able to manage your own schedule, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Physically Active: You enjoy physical work and are comfortable handling and replenishing lumber and molding products.
• Tech‑Savvy: You are comfortable using a tablet for tracking orders and damaged product, and you are willing to learn if not already tech‑savvy.
• Detail‑Oriented: You pay attention to detail, ensuring product displays are well‑organized and inventory is accurately tracked.
• Customer‑Focused: You prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service at all times.

What To Expect In The Lowe’s Stores

• Safety is our #1 priority. We want you to leave the day the same way you came in.
• Surroundings include moving machinery (forklifts), shopping carts, and interactions with customers, store associates, and management.
• Activity involves standing, walking, pushing/pulling carts, lifting products (up to 50 lbs.), and using a tablet for inventory and ordering.
• Temperature is a climate‑controlled environment at the customer’s store.
• Dress Code is relaxed, with personal protective equipment requirements such as safety glasses, gloves, steel‑toe or composite shoes. You will be reimbursed for appropriate footwear after 60 days.
