Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand, seeks a Field Service Representative to service airport snow removal vehicles and heavy equipment, and to train operators at customer sites. You will travel to customer locations, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance across product lines.

Qualifications include mechanical aptitude, clear communication, and the ability to work independently. Travel up to 100% is required, and basic hand tools are expected to be owned.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose heavy equipment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of independent work in varied environments.
• Must own basic hand tools for repair work.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-service and delivery of new equipment at customer sites.
• Assist in operator training at customer locations.
• Dispatch to customer sites to repair heavy equipment (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, or programming issues).
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance across product lines.
• Troubleshoot systems to identify root causes.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Field Service Representative — MB Airport

Position

This position will be responsible for servicing our airport snow removal vehicles and heavy duty equipment, as well as providing training for operators at our customer’s locations.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-service and delivery of new equipment at the customer site
• Assisting in the training of new operators at customer sites
• Be dispatched to customer locations to conduct repairs on heavy equipment ranging from hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, or programming issues
• Perform inspections and conduct preventative maintenance services across all our product lines
• Conduct troubleshooting on various systems to determine the root cause of the issue
• Be able to read and understand technical manuals and schematics

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time deadlines

• Required to own basic hand tools for standard heavy equipment repair
