M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand, in Chilton, is seeking a Field Service Representative for the MB Airport division. The role focuses on servicing airport snow removal vehicles and heavy equipment, plus training operators at customer sites.

Responsibilities include on-site servicing, repairs, and inspections across product lines, with up to 100% travel nationwide. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read schematics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-service and delivery of new equipment at customer sites.
• Assist in training new operators at customer sites.
• Be dispatched to customer locations to repair heavy equipment (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, programming).
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance across product lines.
• Troubleshoot systems to determine root causes.
• Read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
