Job Summary
The Field Service Representative I'sobjectiveis to provide technical serviceexpertiseto improve thecustomers' effective use of Company solutions and to correct any system performance issues for new orexpanding systems through the proactive technical review of system performance including troubleshooting.Works with system design to meet customer requirements as well asassistingwith defining installationstrategies. Communications of changes in Company solutions tofacilitaterequired customer change. On-sitetraining in installation and system operations. Demonstrated competence in Company solutions through self-trainingincluding passing competency requirements. Pre-site inspections and coordination of technical datagathering. Technical presentationsdirectedtoward training, maintenance, system support, and operations.

Working Conditions: Hybrid environment with time spent sitting and working on a computer using keyboard, mouse, monitor and outdoor environment including field surveys, installation and assisting customer with field installation. Use of other devices such as phone, copier/printer/fax, etc.
Driving Status: Clean driving record
Physical Requirements: Required to stand; walk; crouch; or handle objects. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to sit and view computer screens for long periods of time. Personal Protection Equipment/Other OHSAS Safety Requirements: Ensure the continued efforts and assist in achieving annual goals of health, safety, and environmental policies. Pay is in the range of $63,100 - $76,075 per year. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
