CACI's EO/IR team in Belgrade, MT, is hiring a Field Service Representative to deliver world-class technical support across diverse field environments. You will install, commission, maintain and repair EO/IR gimbal systems for ISR and counter-drone applications.

This role requires travel 50-75% nationwide and internationally, an AS or BS degree, and an active Secret security clearance. You will work with engineering to relay field feedback and drive improvements, using multimeters,

Qualifications

• AS degree plus 3+ years of customer support or government program experience.
• Extensive electronics training and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to travel 50-75% domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and commission EO/IR gimbal systems at customer locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-optical and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Travel to customer sites 50-75%.
• Document service activities and maintain technical reports.

We specialize in fully integrated solutions for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), and counter drone operations for the defense and aerospace industry.As a Field Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering world-class technical support across diverse operational environments.
