We specialize in fully integrated solutions for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), and counter drone operations for the defense and aerospace industry.As a Field Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering world-class technical support across diverse operational environments. From airborne platforms to ground and maritime applications, you'll travel to customer sites to install, commission, maintain, and repair our advanced ISR and counter-drone systems.Responsibilities:Install, integrate, and commission EO/IR gimbal systems at customer locationsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-optical and mechanical systemsPerform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure peak performanceFollow established troubleshooting and maintenance procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement based on field experienceProvide technical training and support to customers and end-usersTravel extensively (50-75%) to support field operations across diverse environmentsDocument service activities and maintain detailed technical reportsCollaborate with engineering teams to relay field feedback and drive improvementsRequired:AS degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support and United States Government program experience or a BS Degree in a relevant fieldE xtensive electronics training and troubleshooting experience (military electronics training, vocational/technical certifications, or equivalent)Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain oneValid U.S. driver's licenseWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (50-75%)Passport may be required after hireProficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and diagnosticsExperience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic test equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagramsKnowledge of AC/DC circuits, power systems, and electronic componentsMechanical aptitude with hand and power toolsComputer proficiency including Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and technical documentationAbility to work in various physical positions (standing, kneeling, climbing, confined spaces) and diverse environmental conditions (extreme temperatures, weather, altitude)Must be able to explain issues encountered related to manufacturing and work with appropriate individuals to resolve themMust be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMust be able to lift 50lbsDesired:Prior military experience with high-tech electronics systems (avionics, radar, communications, EO/IR sensors, or similar)Experience or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and/or 5S methodologies.Experience with gyro-stabilized systems, gimbals, or precision optical equipmentBackground in aerospace, defense, or ISR systemsField service experience in dynamic operational environmentsFamiliarity with aviation, maritime, or unmanned systems platformsActive Secret clearance already in placeLocal to the Bozeman, MT areaWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
