Job summary

Marmon Industrial Water LLC is seeking a Field Service Representative to operate and service Marmon equipment on customer sites in Baytown, TX and surrounding areas. You will handle ultrafiltration, RO, and related systems, performing inspections, maintenance, testing, and documentation with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary technical education desired.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, air compressors, piping and related electrical voltages.
• Safety-conscious problem solver; willingness to work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control Marmon Industrial Water equipment to ensure performance.
• Inspect equipment as needed and perform maintenance when required.
• Conduct on-site water sample testing (pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, turbidity).
• Perform chemical cleaning and maintain daily records and safety analyses.
• Carry out site risk assessments and monitor equipment integrity daily.
• Communicate with clients and ensure safety in chemical handling.
• Update SOPs as needed; perform other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be operating and servicing Marmon Industrial Water equipment. You will be working with (UF) Ultrafiltration, (RO) Reverse Osmosis, (EDI) Electro deionization, and (HMI) Human Machine Interface.
