Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Dickinson, ND is seeking a Fiber Glass Technician / Pump Technician to service and repair customer pumps and related equipment at customer sites. The role includes inspecting and installing fiberglass rods and tearing down, then reassembling pumps with minimal supervision.

Travel up to 10% and a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy in paperwork, and customer interaction. A high school diploma or GED and oil field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with oil field experience, or 1 year as an ELS
• Pump Shop Service Technician I or related oil field experience
• Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and assemble pumps and related products
• Handle sucker rods and oil field safety systems equipment
• Deliver and pickup customer pumps for repair
• Assist loading/unloading of pump, safety, and rod freight
• Complete Pump Service Records (PSR) for serviced pumps
• Maintain shop inventory accuracy and assist in inventory decisions
• Maintain company vehicle per policy
