Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Service Orders, RTS, TES, and parts disposition in CE and Supply Chain processes.
  • Maintain materials, tooling, and spares readiness; lead weekly parts reviews with Spares Planning and FSO.
  • Own operational KPI tracking and reporting (SO cycle time, IWN quality, materials aging, training compliance, productivity).
  • Analyze trends, identify risks, and drive standard countermeasures; track corrective actions to closure.
  • Support workforce productivity through scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning.
  • Maintain SOPs, BKMs, and CE documentation; support onboarding, training compliance, and competency tracking.
  • Conform quality checks on IWN documentation, SO compliance, parts handling, and ARK verifications.
  • Prepare materials and summaries for customer visits, audits, and operational reviews.

Learn more about our benefits .Role SummaryThe Field Service Productivity Coordinator is a B‑Band individual contributor responsible for execution and coordination of Customer Engineering operational support activities that enable service readiness, uptime, quality compliance, and customer commitments.
