Custom Truck One Source seeks a Field Service Mechanic for the Greater Seattle Metro area. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining chassis and aerial equipment in the field, with occasional overnight travel and extensive hands-on diagnostics.

You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, read manuals, prepare service orders, and ensure work complies with CTOS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of related experience in shop or field tech roles.
• Must have own tools and valid driver’s license (CDL Class B preferred).
• Proficient documenting using software and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret manuals and repair orders to perform maintenance and service.
• Diagnose and repair LMI Diagnostics and CAN bus systems.
• Inspect and service vehicles in shop and in the field; perform road tests as needed.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to plan work and parts; communicate with customers.
