Job summary

GardaWorld in Washington, DC seeks a Field Services Manager to oversee field support employees and branch fleet operations while supporting client services and new business initiatives. This role represents GardaWorld’s commitment to safety, reliability, and exceptional service at client sites.

You will collaborate with branch leadership, coordinate staffing for events, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years of management experience.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to various client sites.
• Availability for duties on an as-needed basis outside standard working hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Support Service employees (Field Supervisors, Dispatchers, Schedulers).
• Manage branch vehicle fleet operations and maintenance.
• Assist Client Services Managers with special events coordination and staffing.
• Assist with new business start-ups.
• Assist with special projects, as needed, under the direction of the Branch Manager.

• Competitive Salary:$75,000.00 / year + Auto Allowance
• Work Site Location: Branch office - Washington, DC. Occasional visits to client sites are expected.
