Position Overview: Service Manager
Leadership Role: Take charge of a dynamic team, overseeing the installation and servicing of advanced misting systems across various locations.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
Networking: Join regional networking groups to expand referral contacts through preferred partnerships.
Property Inspections: Conduct and oversee thorough inspections to provide best practices for mosquito control using our various services (Misting Systems, Temporary Treatments, General Pest Control, and Holiday Lights & Decor).
Event Participation: Attend and lead events to showcase our misting systems and highlight the advantages of our high-quality components.
Client Expansion: Utilize word of mouth and leverage the existing client base to grow our customer base through walk-throughs and service appointments.
Installations and Service: Oversee the installation and servicing of pest control systems and holiday lights on residential and commercial properties.
Tool Operation: Ensure safe and effective operation of power tools and hand tools during installations and service.
Driving: Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations.
Requirements:
Driving Record: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Drug Screening: Ability to pass a drug screen.
Physical Requirements: Meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations.
Experience: Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; sales and marketing experience is highly desirable.
Sales Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively discuss services with clients.
Problem-Solving: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
Licenses & Certifications: Required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Pay: $21 - $28 per hour.
