Salary:

Location: Onsite - Suwanee, GA

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Build a field service network for kitchen appliances and air conditioning products.
  • Establish dispatch processes for in-home service.
  • Effectively manage service providers to ensure quick completion of on-site repairs.
  • Assist trainers in organizing service provider training to improve repair skills.
  • Continuously improve the on-site service processes and repair capabilities to ensure network coverage, repair speed, and reasonable repair costs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Have more than three years of experience in the home appliance industry.
  • Have more than three years of experience in managing service providers.
  • Must be able to travel once or twice a month (nationally), once every other year (internationally).
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred.
