iTekz is seeking a dedicated Field Service Low Voltage Technician to join our team in Florida. This hands‑on role installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots commercial low voltage systems, with occasional travel and after‑hours work.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of experience, strong troubleshooting, and customer-service skills. Proficiency with Apple and Windows OS, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in low voltage systems installation and field service.
• Proficient with Apple and Windows OS; basic office software.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems.
• Run and terminate cabling for new construction and retrofit projects.
• Install and configure networking equipment and components.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide field service support.
• Complete site surveys and assist in developing BOMs.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and internal teams.
• Read architectural drawings, specifications, and construction docs.
• Use meters and testing equipment for trades.
• Operate power tools safely.
• Uphold safety procedures and company policies.
