Schedule: Monday - Friday, typically 7am - 3:30pm

Job Description

The Field Service Installer is responsible for installing, setting up, and calibrating fountain equipment at various customer locations. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform installations, removals, and relocations of fountain equipment according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
• Test equipment functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure the vehicle is stocked appropriately.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Calibrate equipment for proper operation and beverage quality.
• Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and sanitation.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all customer locations.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of general plumbing or technical experience.
• Refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly, and perform physical tasks like reaching, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
