Job description

The Field Service Representative is responsible for monitoring our core inventory apartments during move-in and after move-out to ensure a positive guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete move-in/move-out inspections and documentation.
• Properly set up housewares, primarily in core inventory units.
• Inventory units prior to guest arrival.
• Ensure guests receive the correct keys, fobs, and parking passes at move-in and confirm their return at move-out.
• Be knowledgeable about property access points and provide guests with necessary information for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Identify and resolve concerns promptly before guest arrival.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff for efficient operations.
• Stage furniture and housewares as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous service requests as required.
• Maintain supplies to ensure units are adequately prepared.
• Verify all electronics, remotes, and cable/internet services are functioning properly.
• Maintain brand standards across all units.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An associate degree from an accredited college or university is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate housing, relocation, real estate, hospitality, or related fields with client management or B2B experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
