Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment.
• Communicate directly with the Service Manager regarding additional services needed.
• Provide estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Service Technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Diesel mechanic experience required.
• Service Technician experience required.
• Kubota experience preferred.
• Steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical, troubleshooting skills, and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Willing to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
