Fraza & Vitan Equipment is seeking a skilled Forklift Technician to troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty material handling equipment in the field. This fast-paced role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to keep customers’ operations running smoothly.

You will perform preventative maintenance, handle emergency repairs, and travel to varied customer sites daily. A safety-first mindset and valid license are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment (electric, propane, and diesel).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the company truck.
• Strong diagnostic instincts and a safety-first mindset on the job.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize customer downtime.
• Hit the road to various customer sites—every day brings a different machine and a new challenge.
• Ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and up to standard.
• Log your service work accurately and communicate with the dispatch team.
