Overview

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking Field Service Engineering Technicians on behalf of a global digital imaging company. These positions are based in the Dallas, TX and Chicago, IL regions. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing print manufacturing equipment while providing excellent customer service. While this is a remote position, it requires significant regional travel, strong independence, and the ability to stay up to date with certifications and industry advancements.

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain print production equipment at customer sites to ensure proper setup and functionality.
  • Conduct pre-installation site assessments and coordinate with customers and contractors on readiness.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery issues while documenting all service activities.
  • Perform equipment inspections, installations, and customer training to ensure satisfaction and operational readiness.
  • Analyze customer support tickets, identify solutions, and recommend system improvements.
  • Coordinate logistics of equipment and parts with operations teams.
  • Complete all required documentation including service tickets, billing records, warranty forms, expense reports, and purchase logs.
