ASML is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Yieldstar team to service customer sites, including installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of Yieldstar equipment at client sites. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs and provide know-how transfer to customers, with travel up to 10%.
The role requires a strong customer focus, technical diligence and the ability to work independently or with a team under limited supervision.
The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customer within the specific region.
This role sits within ASML's Yieldstar Equipment Sustaining team that is client specific to TSMC.
The Field Service Engineer - Yieldstar has a leading role in the team and interacts with the customer on diverse levels. The Field Service Engineer - Yieldstar executes regular and irregular maintenance activities with considerable independency and under limited supervision. They will need work as a team and/or independently to need to either diagnose, complete tool actions and/or elevate to central team.
