Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform commissioning, installation and operation of water and wastewater treatment systems at project sites worldwide. This full-time role involves hands-on plant startup, troubleshooting and client training for system operation.

The position requires a 4-year degree in engineering, travel up to 50%, and the ability to work across project sites. Lifting 50 lbs and PPE use are part of the daily duties.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in water treatment or related systems.
  • Specialized knowledge of engineering processes and standards for water/wastewater treatment.
  • Valid license and passport with ability to travel 45-50%.

Responsibilities

  • Perform commissioning, installation and operation of water/wastewater treatment systems.
  • Prepare project schedules for startup and commissioning of new projects.
  • Prepare client site for implementation and condition feed water for operation.
  • Train client personnel on project start-up and system operation.
  • Execute long-term system contracts, evaluate membrane performance and treatment tech.
  • Review and test water system processes and ensure client resources are available.
