Job summary

Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This traveling role covers Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma, and includes a company car and guaranteed 40-hour paid week.

You will perform on-site service tasks, deliver technical solutions to customers, and participate in testing, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing. A valid US driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 2 years of electrical or mechanical industry experience, or completion of accredited trade school with 5+ years in servicing electrical distribution or control systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
• NICET/NETA certification is preferred
• Professional Engineering License is preferred

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment
• Deliver technical solutions to customers
• Perform complex engineering assignments involving equipment design, testing, or process studies
• Display proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, and protection & control design
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties
