About Dynex: Founded 70 years ago, DYNEX TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., is a leading designer and manufacturer of automated ELISA microplate workstations, laboratory instruments, consumables, and accessories, focusing on advanced detection and automated sample handling. Our team includes engineers, scientists, marketing specialists, and manufacturing experts dedicated to innovation and improving health outcomes.

Job Summary: Provide on-site technical service and support, including testing, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting services for Dynex products at customer sites or depots.

Responsibilities include:

  • Testing, diagnosing, and repairing Dynex products.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Responding promptly to service calls and emails.
  • Reporting service status and issues to dispatch and team members.
  • Maintaining documentation and completing service reports within specified timeframes.
  • Completing expense reports and quotes for repairs.

Qualifications: AS degree in electronic technology or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience. Ability to travel 60-99%. Proficiency in CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to meet NIOSH standards.

Additional Information: No supervisory responsibilities. Must be dependable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks. The work environment involves field, office, and laboratory conditions.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
