Role Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer equipment, including installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Videojet devices at customer sites. Building strong customer relationships and providing expert guidance are essential.

Location

Salt Lake City, UT (remote position with travel within a 50-mile radius)

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide ongoing support for customer equipment.
2. Install products and solutions at customer locations.
3. Diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
4. Develop trusted relationships with customers.
5. Promote service agreements and new technologies.
6. Travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of field service or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience in repairing and troubleshooting equipment; electrical skills preferred.
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, software applications).
