Job summary

SRCTec, LLC seeks an experienced Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Campbell, KY. You will deliver high-quality pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, training, field support, and remote assistance, with deployments across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You will independently provide technical expertise, develop test plans, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and subcontract teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or military engineering experience required; fielded AR/defense tech acceptable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical/electronic systems and RF.
• Experience delivering technical training or operator/maintenance courses preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer focus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, travel up to 75%, and work in austere environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field training and service support at customer locations, domestically and internationally.
• Define and document requirements with customers, delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals.
• Respond to customer needs, including travel to field sites.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, system analysis, and diagnostics.
• Provide on-site consultation and integration support for hardware/software/network configurations.
• Develop test plans and after-action reports for continuous improvement.
• Advise on technical requirements and assist in policy changes.
