Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You will

• Report into the Business Line Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• You have 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with mobile compressors, Generators, lighting towers and pumps, working as a Service Tech/Eng
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institutition
• Proven experirnce in customer service and aftermarket support
• Proficient in Computer applications
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of mobile equipment and their operational principles.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Self-Management: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Lusaka, Zambia. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Lusaka Zambia.
