Join us at Russelectric, a Siemens business, as a Field Service Engineer, Power Control Equipment in West Sacramento, CA. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting critical power facilities, including automatic transfer switch startups, modifications, warranty work, and emergency calls. The position requires a hands-on technician with a desire to learn and advance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for field startups, warranty efforts, repairs, and maintenance contracts
• Supervise and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and potentially expand project scope
• Travel up to 80% as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in field service engineering, electrical power, and automatic transfer switch testing
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints, familiarity with industry standards
• Valid driver’s license and work authorization in the US

Preferred:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

The salary range is $69,930 - $119,880 plus travel and overtime. Benefits include health and wellness programs. The role is based out of West Sacramento, CA.
