Job summary

ATS Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical service support for Comecer equipment to North American customers, focusing on mechanical and electrical aspects of the systems.

You will drive after-sales service initiatives, participate in SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ for new installations, and support radiopharma, pharma, and ATMP projects across the US and Canada. Strong troubleshooting, reading drawings, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five-year Industrial Technical diploma with mechanical/electrical emphasis or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to analyze, debug, and adjust Comecer equipment and systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults on industrial equipment using appropriate instrumentation.
• Able to read drawings and interpret schematics.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30 days from hire.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Comecer equipment at customer sites in the US and Canada.
• Provide remote technical support by phone and online (Help Desk level 1 & 2).
• Use internal FUSION software to create and track service tickets; complete service reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document updates to internal records.
• Coordinate with Service Planner for on-site interventions and maintain customer relations.
