Job summary

Command Alkon is seeking Field Service Engineers to install, repair, maintain and test automated systems for the heavy building materials industry in Dallas and nationwide. You will document system configurations and train end users on best practices, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

You will translate customer needs into actionable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous program improvements through rigorous testing and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in machine automation, mechanics and electronics.
• Provide technical hardware instruction and support on installation, operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Handle all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Document functional and technical design details of systems.
• Maintain a detailed log of system updates and completion dates.
• Coordinate and set up training classes; train end users on best practices.
• Improve existing programs by evaluating objectives and proposed changes.
• Manage projects to completion with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
