Job summary
Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Davenport, IA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on medical lab analyzers and robotic instrumentation.
Travel will be required to client sites in the greater Quad Cities area, with a focus on reliable on-site service and strong customer relationships. The role requires electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, a 3+ year track record in field service, and a commitment to safety and COVID-19
Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline is required.
- Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or instrumentation is a plus.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
- Establish a strong customer relations foundation.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
