We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and help us to provide the highest quality repair and maintenance service to a select range of company and third-party products in an efficient and professional manner. This role is remote and will cover the Kent/South East area.

Role Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you will demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills, dealing with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly individuals, working on equipment in their homes.

Ideal Candidate

You should have proven experience as a Field Engineer, utilizing electrical and electronic skills to maintain/test products such as Emergency Lights, Fire Systems, and other electrical/electronic devices. Experience in a field-based role is desirable but not essential.
