As a Field Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and qualifications of analytical instrumentation such as ICP, ICPMS, and Atomic Absorption systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support, working closely with sales and other teams.
  • Managing service calls, parts inventories, and documentation efficiently.
  • Analyzing technical reports and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Developing training for safe operation of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
