CA$85,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose & Repair – Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex lab equipment with precision.
  • Customer-Focused Support – Provide expert guidance, answer technical questions, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Problem-Solving on the Go – Manage service schedules efficiently, prioritizing urgent cases while setting clear expectations for non-urgent support.
  • Technical Expertise – Identify areas for product improvement based on real-world feedback.
  • Stay Organized – Maintain accurate reports, track service transactions, and manage spare parts inventory.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or technical Military service (preferred).
  • Technical Know-How: Experience in flow cytometry (in a lab or repair setting) is a plus but not required.
  • Biology Basics: A fundamental understanding of biology as it relates to flow cytometry.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Passion for troubleshooting, fixing things, and ensuring high-quality performance.
Work Environment & Perks
  • Travel-Friendly Role – Expect to visit customer sites and work directly with cutting-edge scientific equipment.
  • Full-Time Commitment – Standard hours Monday-Friday with occasional evening/weekend work as needed.
  • Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods.
