Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE I) to provide on-site repair and preventive maintenance for ENT & Surgical equipment, with up to 85% travel across PA, NJ and eastern seaboard locations.
You will support field sales, maintain documentation in Oracle, and ensure professional customer relations while helping teams meet service goals and quality standards.

Field Service Engineer (FSE) I will provide on-site repair and preventative maintenance services to customers and Integra owned ENT & Surgical equipment. In addition, the FSE will provide team support and coverage in other areas, as well as back-up duties as required. The FSE applies proven troubleshooting processes and methods to diagnose and resolve technical issues on Integra manufactured medical equipment. The FSE must effectively and efficiently manage their time pertaining to the following core work activities including service-call scheduling, parts inventory, and daily administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision. Additional responsibilities include customer relationship management, written documentation and Oracle entry of service activities, effective interaction and communication with internal staff, manufacturing, and sales. Represent Integra in a positive, professional manner always.
Travel up to 85% is regional required throughout the designated geographic area in PA, NJ and other eastern seaboard locations.
Customary tools of electronic equipment and instrument service and repair trades such as oscilloscopes, timers/counters, signal analyzers, digital multimeters, etc. Able to use personal computers use standard Microsoft applications, 10‑Key calculator, telephone, copy/fax machine, etc.

$71,000.00 – $98,000.00 USD salary. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
