Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will

  • Report into the Operations Manager.
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
  • Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

A High School Diploma or equivalent required with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics or HVAC.

1+ years of technical experience with troubleshooting and resolving field equipment issues.

You are knowledgeable in technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components.

You have blueprint and technical reading skills

You are familiar with manufacturing/production or assembly-plant working conditions.

You are customer-focused and take ownership of meeting the customer's needs.

You can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.

You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language

Travel to customer locations, out-of-town and overnight travel

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Atlanta GA. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, United States (US).
