Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Wakefield to service and repair forklift trucks and related equipment. The role reports to a service team and offers training, a company van, and generous overtime/bonus potential.

The position suits engineers from plant, forklift, HGV, or vehicle backgrounds who are looking to move into a hands-on field with full training provided. A level 3 qualification and IT literacy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• IT literate is beneficial.
• Experience with plant equipment or vehicle maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery in field service role.
• Provide reactive breakdown coverage within allocated area.
• Complete comprehensive training to become fully competent on all equipment.
• Spare parts stocked in van overnight to support quick response.
