Job summary

Hyundai Ideal Electric Co. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on large, high‑power rotating machinery during field visits both in the U.S. and abroad.

The role is based in Mansfield, OH (preferred) or could be remote, reporting to the After Market Services Manager and collaborating with the Field Service team. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in a related field, strong customer interaction skills, and a solid grasp of MS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, military experience a plus.
• 5–10 years operating large rotating electrical, high voltage equipment.
• Experience in B2B customer/vendor environments and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Work safely alone or in a team and meet policies and deadlines.
• Provide world‑class customer service and support to customers.
• Travel extensively within the United States and abroad as needed.
• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment on site.
