Position Summary
- To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Attend onsite installation, start-up, repair, maintenance & test tasks independently.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems & determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports, time sheets and travel claims.
- Handling Special projects as assigned.
- Ensure customers satisfaction, Build positive relationship with customers.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Cooperate with technical team & share information across the organization.
- Spare parts identification.
- Follow companys filed procedures & protocols.
- Must be Willing to learn Mechanical also.

Education and Experience
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Good knowledge in Industrial Automation Products like Drives, PLC, SCADA from major suppliers like Siemens & Rexroth.
- Experience of 2-5 years in handling technical service profile
