Job summary

BD Parata in the Colorado Springs area seeks a Field Support Engineer to provide in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation systems, traveling regionally to pharmacies in multiple environments.

You will train customers, maintain equipment, and resolve issues while documenting cases in Salesforce. Collaboration with service teams is essential, with a strong focus on safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics, or Biomedical Engineering Technology preferred, plus 3-5 years field service experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of computer networking, router/switch configuration, and file management
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools for complex equipment service
• Experience with digital multi-meters and electrical testing equipment
• SQL knowledge a plus

Are you looking for your new career?BD Parata is currently seeking a Field Support Engineer in the Colorado Springs area. The Field Support Engineer will provide in depth technical and customer support of BD Parata's suite of pharmacy automation products. In this role you will travel regionally to provide industry leading support and service to Pharmacies in multiple types of environments.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Daily car travel (average 4 hours per day) with occasional air travel
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds frequently, 100 pounds occasionally
• Stand for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours when necessary)
