Your Role with The Company:

– You will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional support to our clients as you install and demonstrate TRUMPF’s advanced CNC laser cutting, punching, and bending machines.
– Engaging with customers, ensuring they feel confident in operating and maintaining their equipment, ultimately fostering lasting relationships.
– Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery.
– Train customers on the use and repair of machinery.
– Your expertise will contribute significantly to the company’s reputation for outstanding service quality.
– This position reports directly to the Technical Services Manager and will interact with various functions of the company, ensuring that your success and contributions are recognized throughout our organization.

Background Profile:

– 3-5 years of experience in a similar field service role, preferably within the manufacturing or machining industry.
– Experience in repairing or operating TRUMPF equipment is desired.
– Must have a solid background in operating or repairing lasers, punch breaks, or brake press fabrication machinery.
– Ability to travel Monday-Friday as needed within the state of WI.
