Summary/Objectives: A provider of medical imaging repair and maintenance seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair ultrasound devices, providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment, specifically Ultrasound devices.
2. Be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, customer environments.
4. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
5. Learn and acquire knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance.
6. Accurately document all service activities according to company quality standards.
7. Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
8. Submit field service reports timely and according to standards.
9. Communicate with account managers regarding services provided.
10. Manage and maintain company assets required for job functions.

Work Environment: The role involves traveling to various sites with different medical imaging equipment.

Work Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands: Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, lift up to 75 lbs., handle or feel with hands, and reach with arms.
