Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; coordinate with engineering teams as needed.
• Manage escalations and critical customer situations; maintain thorough Field Service Reports (FSRs).
• Act as liaison between factory and customers for data collection, reliability analysis and satisfaction tracking.
• Support beta programs at customer sites and engineering centers; participate in on-call rotations.
