Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment to ensure optimal healthcare delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure proper follow-up for customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, hospital protocols, and ensure all work is properly documented, including parts ordered.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree, Bachelor’s Degree, military education, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
• At least 2 years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical activities like bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
• Availability for after-hours, rotating on-call, including weekends.
• Experience working with internal teams and external customers in a service environment.

Additional Details:

Salary range for U.S. positions: $79,200 - $118,800 annually, influenced by skills, experience, and location. Performance incentives may also apply. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
