Keystone Distinction Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory analyzers across the greater Atlanta area.

The role requires electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting expertise, plus overnight travel. A minimum of 3 years in field service is expected, and candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Company vehicle, benefits, and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline.
• 3+ years of field service engineering experience.
• Overnight travel required.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Coordinate problem resolution within Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, parts).
• Provide on-site training on instrument operation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater ATLANTA, GA area, EAST / SOUTHEAST of ATLANTA

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater Atlanta , GA area.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.

• Base salary 65K - 82K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional 4K - 8K annually, probably more).
