Job summary

Rug Doctor is seeking a dedicated Area Service Representative in Las Cruces, NM to deliver products, service displays, and provide top‑notch customer service across assigned retail locations.

The role requires overnight travel 1–2 nights per month, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full‑time position with 38–40 hours weekly and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Overnight travel 1–2 nights per month is required.
• Full-time schedule: 38–40 hours, Mon–Fri, with Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service display/equipment to retail accounts.
• Maintain rental displays: clean, stocked and well‑maintained.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines on routes.
• Provide superior customer service to established retail accounts.
• Travel overnight as needed and manage route independently.
