Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service & Customer Sales Representative in San Gabriel, CA to service restaurants and commercial kitchens along an assigned route. You will learn our business from the ground up while developing service, technical, and relationship-building skills needed to manage your own customer route.

After training, you will be in a hands-on, customer-facing role with a starting pay of $23/hour plus overtime and potential 40–45 hours per week.

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service & Customer Sales Representative to join our San Gabriel team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll learn our business from the ground up while developing the service, technical, and relationship-building skills needed to eventually manage your own customer route.

What You'll Do

After paid training, you'll work in the field servicing restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the area. You'll:

• Service customers along an assigned route
• Deliver and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for additional products or services
• Work independently in the field using a company vehicle
• Learn the skills needed to progress into managing your own customer route

No two days are exactly the same. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move, working with their hands, solving problems, and interacting with customers.

Pay & Schedule

• $23/hour
• Typically 40–45 hours per week , with overtime paid at applicable rates
• Estimated annual earnings: $48,000–$57,000+ , depending on overtime and on-call hours
• Monday–Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM start
• On-call rotation approximately once every 7–9 weeks
